What to Expect

Show Up Early

Get here 10 mins before class starts. We'll get you warmed up and make sure you're good to go. First-timers get a quick facility tour.

Bring Water

You're gonna sweat - a lot. We've got filtered water stations but bring your own bottle. Towel's not a bad idea either.
